Can I place a custom order? TOP

Yes! We have some personalized designs available on the website and they are customizable. In your order just include the name, initial or monogram and we'll do the rest.

We also do many custom orders over the phone for our customers that are not local to us. This can be done through pictures, swatches, e-mails, facebook posts and from items we post on our blog. If you are in need of a special baby present or just something unique for your baby or toddler contact us today!

How long will my custom order take? TOP

For most in-stock sizes and colors your custom order will ship out usually within 1 week.

For any other custom order it depends upon shipments of supplies and if we have to locate something special for you. Most orders can be filled before 2 weeks.

Can I exchange/return my custom order? TOP

Due to the personalization of names and initials we cannot accept returns on customized items. Please make sure to carefully read all care instruction and sizing information before placing your order. We guarantee our designs from flaws and imperfections ,however, if there is a flaw on the shirt or within the personalization that we've overlooked we will gladly replace your item. Please contact us directly to inquire about refunds.

Can I order wholesale for my boutique or website? TOP

Sure! We can set up a wholesale account here on the site.

What is your shipping method? TOP

We use USPS to save on the ever rising shipping costs. You may upgrade your shipping to priority, 2nd day or overnight if needed. Just give us a call if you are in a rush!

What are my payment options? TOP

Ordering from the website is easy and your check out is via paypal. If you are placing a custom order for items not on the site we can send a paypal invoice or you may call us with a VISA or MASTERCARD to place your order over the phone.

Tell me about your Trunk Shows. TOP

If you are within 60 miles of Boston and would like to host a Trunk Show just send us an e-mail to book your show. We will bring our limited edition designs, exclusive one of a kind gifts and many other items for custom orders that we do not feature on the site! We will turn your space into a boutique in just under an hour! Shows can take place in an office, church, school, gym, studio or your own home. A Trunk Show lasts 3-4 hours including an hour of set up and break down. If you are the host of a trunk show you will also be rewarded with a great discount on the designs of your choice!

We also have fundraising trunk shows available for churches, schools, and children's centers. We will donate a percentage of the sales to your organization. Please contact us for more info..
